Tivoli Gardens is the coffee shop inside the Eldorado. The Eldorado lists the Golden Fortune as a separate restaurant, but its really a separate menu inside Tivoli Gardens. Summary Review: B

On our server's advice, I ordered off the Golden Fortune menu. The General's Chicken dish was a generous portion, and not too deeply friend and crunchy. It came with a bowl of white rice and a fortune cookie after. Spectacular Chinese food that wows you is hard to find, and although good, this wasn't the "Wow" of Chinese food. It was still a very good dish in its own right, though. Food Review: B+

Tivoli Gardens is buried in a corner, and its a typical coffee shop. The atmosphere was fine, the tables were basic, and the booths were comfortable. Everything was spaced out enough that it didn't feel crowded or loud. Atmosphere Review: B-

We were seated quickly, our Server had several dish recommendations, and he checked on us several times during the meal. The food arrived quickly and as ordered. No complaints here, but the restaurant was not very crowded at all, so any misstep would have been visible. Service Review: B+

I wasn't quite sure if this should be $ (under $8), or $$ (under $15). MANY entrees where $7 or $8; and MANY were also $9.95 or so. I picked $, but be aware its on the higher-end of that. The food was good, but not outstanding. The price was reasonable--neither notably inexpensive or overpriced. It was good food priced fairly. Value Review: B-
